where is a post with all the changes being made to the next push

maybe im missing it, but id like to see an actual post, not gossips, about what will be changing this next push....would hope to see that before the reset...as in, whats goin on with exp tracking, gardner was smokin some crack yesterday and said he wants mystics at 450% or 550%....so curious what changes are made there....where are we at with ganghouses, pvp limits, pvp penalties etc?? 8 hrs till reset u doodoo heads...
