The only requirements it has are the .NET framework 2.0 and currently a SQL Server backend (however this could be fairly easily modified to allow any common database server).

I'm using 2005 for development, but if it is released people will be able to use Express for their own realms.

sounds destined for overhead especially requiring the .NET framework...

The Framework is actually fairly light weight.? They have compact versions running on PDAs and what not.

With Windows XP, .NET, SQL Express, and GMUD running, I can run it on the 310 megs we have now on the 800 mhz P3.? However, SQL Express isn't all that happy with the RAM situation.? 512 megs should give us some breathing room for when we get the new content up.
