Title: Warrants System

Let's say pvp is 15 levels and you're the poor lowbie who got pwnt by the person who is 15 lvls higher.  Go talk to the Sheriff and take out a warrant on the person who killed you.  Warrants are good for 48 hours.  Put something like the bounty hunters back in the game but their only function is to roam the realm and execute the warrants.  If they find you then you go into jail until the warrant spell wears off.

Obviously this would need some tweaking so that the fallen angel room could not remove the spell but I think you get the general idea.

This sounds like they'd do no damage at all, but just jail you on sight.

Well perhaps something like cleanup would check to make sure x number were in each area and randomly spawn extras as needed to reach x amount.  Then they can just auto roam that area using map/index as a limiting factor (just an idea)

I like the idea, but I think it would be a lot more fun to let players take the bounties, if that could be worked in.

maybe in the casino room there could be an area where you can post bounties.

{2} bounty
now I already see a problem.
you put a bounty on me for say 10 runics.
so my buddy kills me.
Lets say that if the person is killed they are spawned in jail instead of tomb.
and their DP goes for auction.
That money goes in a pile, west of bank.
and mayor rolls naked in it.
I really think a bounty system would be great if it could be worked out.
I also think arena gambling would be nice.
You could bet $$ and items.

if the person was jailed then thats not fair cuz their party wouldnt be jailed with them and then they are jailed solo and a party of 10 ppl could be waiting in the cells for em and obviously can port between the cells....thats not really fair....to have sumthin on the order of the sheriff spawn on someone with that kind of dmg then thats more reasonable i think....so u cant really track exp anymore (kinda sorda not) and u hire the so called hitman or whatever, hitman with beef and hps like sheriff spawns, someone is gonna win obviously, and make it no ep cuz ur party should be able to defend u and if doodoo head cums for me i shouldnt have to have my warns off to be able to get the jump on someone that came to kill me....straight gangsta
