Title: Gmud is broken 04/28/19

It's unplayable.  Starting day of reset, sometime around 6pm pst it was experiencing 4-30 second lag bursts every 15-25 seconds.  Within the last hour(next day), the lag bursts are upwards of 5 mins with 5 seconds in between.  HOD is filling up.
