Changing DSL Service - Downtime

I'm switching to DSL extreme, getting 2x the downstream and slightly better upstream for $15 less a month through the same provider (SBC/AT&T).  The best part is they are truly static IPs, not that sticky IP bullshit they gave me last time. 

They said there wouldn't be any downtime, and yet here I am without internet.  Nice job guys! 

It should be back up by tomorrow at the latest.
