Bugs that I've found.

Fermouth

Log rafts don't remove any stealth whatsoever when you have one on your person except for encumberance.
Skeleton key doesn't work on gate. already listed
Go manhole/go path doesn't remove your ability to be sneaking.
Evil people do not respawn in Earthen Tomb when they die. already listed
Spells do not wear off upon death.
Dark monks, cutpurses, and depraved murderers do not attack back 100% in Rhudaur for the most part if you're evil.  I do not know if this is certain rooms or not but it seems that way. 
Blank message when cutpurses or depraved murderers follow you to another room.

Also I have about 100 Stealth and I never seem to break sneak.  I think stealth still needs to be worked.  Just my opinion.

Number #1 is still that way because the item type is not implemented yet... Special type items have additional code that allow some of their abilities to effect a character even if its not equipped. I.e. in the log raft case -stealth... We haven't gotten around to do all the testing needed for this yet so we haven't put it in yet.
