If I remember correctly the opensocial covers myspace and a few other social networks.. I can think of more then a few ways to use this. One of my favorites would to have this intergrate with content development to generate personal newcasts of what a player is upto in the realm.

Android is their mobile phone platform which would be very cool to tie into say teleconfrence or even in game paging, progress or status reports and stuff like that. We had talked about a similar idea with a normal chat client but mobile would be much cooler.. great stuff for the gamer on the go... LOL

The desktop and gadgets links are similar but one runs from igoogle or embeds in a webpage and the other is for your desktop (obviously). This could be used for things like you are already toying with on the start page like the leader boards and stuff like that.

If you go to the facebook home page, there is a developers link there.

There is an SDK for facebook apps available with complete documentation.

I suppose I can look into it, but it would not be something I could jump into right away.

I just don't have the time right now to work on the apps themselves.  I can however add in any features to the engine to support whatever app anyone is willing to create. 

Please just run any ideas by me first so I can let you know what is and isn't possible (or practical) with the engine.
