The box was self-rebooting every 15 minutes or less.  I finally pulled the plug.  GMUDServer4 is scheduled for delivery on Thursday, 5/20/21.  I'll try to get it all back online within the next few days.  Thanks for your patience.

Are we going to try and recover the live realms at this point or is everything getting flushed and we're starting over with the latest test push prior or official reset?

The live realms will be restored barring the unforeseen but test will be loaded with the next data set and all characters in test will be started new with the help bot in place for testing. We will then decide on reset dates for the live realms once the new system is up and stable.
