Gardner Denver

This list is a summary of all the work done this month on the Greatermud project.  This list is intended to give an overview to visitors to show them that this project is still very much alive, and that work is being done on a regular basis.  Most importantly, it shows that this program has actual, honest to God support, that responds to bugs as they are brought up, and fixes them.

01/08/09

  • Unlimited use items used to open exits will now work properly
  • Implemented a change on the server that should speed up responses from the server


01/11 and 01/12/09

  • Lag is gone!  We found and fixed the problem.
  • Item restrictions are working again.  No more sword wielding priests


01/13/09

  • Fixed bug that allowed you to search for and see hidden items in pitch black rooms
  • Fixed bug that allowed the retaliation period to follow you outside of the arenas


01/15/09

  • Fixed bug with Bard Shop that said bards could not use spells that they should be able to use
  • Fixed bug with Realm Deed Shop that caused multiple deeds to regen for some houses
  • Fixed bug with +mana items that cause non spellcasters to show negative current mana when they removed those items


01/21/09

  • Fixed bug related to key usage.  Keys should start tracking their uses now.
  • Fixed bug with doors timers
  • Implemented textblock command DELAY
  • Adjusted the MR system so that 150 MR does not produce 100% reduction in damage.


01/26/09

  • Fixed bug that prevented non spellcasters from USEing items that invoke a spell (Deeds, keyrings, ect)
  • Fixed monster command targeting bug. (greet old man will work again, until we decide to break it again ;) )


01/30/09

  • Fixed exp tables.  Almost everyone will notice a difference.  If you were over level 64, grab your ankles, it's going to hurt.
  • Fixed the fix to fix the fix for keyrings and deeds.  Non spellcasters should be able to use them now
  • Fixed part of the stealth problem.  Being attacked while sneaking WILL break your sneak now.
  • Various other small fixes.  I can't find my list.
