Irikani's portal

So a couple days ago, we killed ole demoness irikani. she did drop her portal then.

This morning we offed her again. no portal this time.

Another note on the irikani portal, I killed it before the reset, and admittedly this is a timing issue, but the portal went up, then 10 seconds latter, cleanup hit.  Yuck, maybe a second way to get out of that pit should be made.

The portal is a limited item.  I spose we need to look at the code for what really happens to it when it poofs.

There should already be another portal in the NE corner of her area that's there all the time. Shows it in MME and I checked in out on a regular MUD.
