Feature request: set tel off

This feature is desperately required. There is a childish individual in the PVP realm who likes to spam rude messages (like "f**k you N****r") by making a telepath macro and just holding their finger on it for 5-15 minutes non-stop which totally clogs the screen. It would be nice if at least the standard feature of MajorMUD to turn telepaths off could be implemented, or even better the ability to ignore certain people.
