New Party Command, Ready

A player asked about making this command possible.  When I player types the command ready he will be flagged as "ready"
The flag goes away when the player moves.  In a party players can type check,  The party will be displayed as if par had been typed, but READY, or NOT READY will appear instead of the players party position.

 DeathCow Moo                  (Warrior)             [H:100%]   - Ready
 CrackCow Poo                   (Warrior)             [H:100%]   - Not Ready
You say "rdy up"
CrackCow says "k"
