Dead but still Alive

i have noticed this happen a few time i have not captured it

i will be in webbed lair and drop from posion and damage my mega then hangs on the you have died message -76 hitpoints

if i dont log in for a long time maybe after a server restart i can come back into realm and be on positive hps again like say 7
