Holding Limited Items

      If a player has a limited item that another player wants and will MOST LIKELY get to use before that other player. Will that player be forced to give up the limited item? It doesn't specify anything like this in the rules.

That gets into a grey area there.  I guess it would depend on the circumstances at the time.
