The forums are on California time still and I don't think the server updates for DST changes. But when I noticed that it was down it was already after 11pm my time, 10pm his time. No confusion on my part.

Who cares?
The fact of the matter is, Vitoc is the only one who could fix what went wrong.
The time the board went down was somewhere around 10pm Central Standard Time. The BBS Time is one hour behind that, and then West Coast is 1 hour behind time that is. I think GMT or some shit.

Either way. Vitoc should have been called, the end.
