The textblock command, Check Spell

checkspell {spell# in spell index} {if fail execute textblock# in textblock index}

To clarify,

checkspell 1 91:random 90


If the player has spell 1 cast on them continue, if not execute textblock 91 and quit this line.  If the player had spell 1 cast on them it should then execute a random on textblock 90 and quit this textblock because it successfully completed a line.


I dont know if any part of this is working correctly or if just part of the command is missing, but this is how this command should work.

BTW scatter items
