Adding life to Non-PVP

So, we're well into this realm, Winterhawk has made Level 100, but folks aren't really ready for a reset just yet.  How about allowing another dupe in the non-PVP realm, to add a little bit of energy back into it?

Gard, this has caused a bit of confusion.  Is this accurate?  Following the 2 char min lvl 50 and no lims, it is ok to make a 3rd char for non-pvp?

Your first 2 chars can have lims.  Once both of those chars are lvl 50 then you can make a 3rd char.  One of the 3 chars must have no lims on them.  Doesn't matter which of the 3 chars it is.

Lol, it just confuses when the realm rules are announced repeatedly and mention only 2 chars.  Maybe that could be changed?
