Let me know fool and quit stalling damnit!

I've thought a lot about this actually.

Obviously, it won't be released as version 1.0 until we take care of all the major bugs and have all the major features working.  With that being said, I would like to have people actually test out the software before it goes v1.0 so we can start getting some feedback on setup and maintenance issues that sysops might commonly face. 

I still need to work out a form of copy protection and get some basic installation instructions typed up, but after that we can start having would-be sysops beta test the software on their own environments.  I will put together more detailed information this weekend for those interested.
