Items that make you cry

I'd like to have a list of all the items in the game that have lost their glitter over the years, or maybe, as neat as they are always sucked.  The idea is to rework them so they become useful items again.

I'll start the list

I don't think vorpal sword should be on this list.

I do think the golden broadsword should be.
