New Version Up and Running

The new version of the engine is up and running.  I'm starting with a clean GMUD database so you'll have to recreate your characters (your system accounts should still work).  Nobody has admin commands yet so we're stuck with the boring content for a bit.  I'll be checking up on it for errors at regular intervals.

I've got ops again, and I've got my old script running, so people should be able to move around the realm with the old #moveme commands.
